SESAR Programme Manager

October 2016 to June 2020

• Contributed to the reviewing of the European ATM master plan 2020 at the master planning group meetings. Developed master plan airport business cases and reviewed level 3 airport deployment scenarios.
• Strategic thinking by identifying and influencing future legislation and regulation through reviewing all ATM functionalities of CP1 for Heathrow, working with SEAC, ACI Europe, Eurocontrol and the SDAG.
• Chair of the SEAC Technical Committee for 7 airport operators (LHR, AMS, MUC, CDG, ZRH, Avinor, Swedavia).
• Improved SEAC technical committee meeting effectiveness and delivered a programme of presentations to member airports about SESAR R&D, A-CDM, AOP/NOP, APOC and deployment benefits. 
• Delivered the annual SDM monitoring reviews for Heathrow, and LSSIP reporting to the CAA. 
• Successful bid for SESAR 2020 wave 2 work in the Horizon 2020 programme for Heathrow and SEAC.
• Managed Horizon 2020 projects (including reporting), making best use of funding for SEAC and Heathrow.
• Contributed to and wrote concept development in the Total Airport Management (PJ04) project.
